Seneca County the latest focus for CGR analysis of EMS

Seneca County (NY) has engaged CGR to provide an Operational Analysis and Service Alternatives for the County's Emergency Medical Services Deployment and Response System. The project will examine the full scope of EMS delivery, from dispatch efficiency to workforce training to quality of care. As part of the project, CGR staff will engage with the existing services providers to learn about their operations. The engagement will provide data and analysis that illustrate current conditions, identifies areas for improvement, and provides a variety of options to enact change and rethink or restructure service elements in the future.
